Positive: Perfect location and accommodation for 4 couples travelling from Auckland and Tauranga.

Modern and beautifully presented property for a group Positive: Beautiful presentation and house could easily accommodate 4 couples. The 4 bathrooms was a real bonus. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Lovely view and a well-appointed property. Would thoroughly recommend. Negative: On arrival one of the men slipped on the wet slippery stairs which meant he ended his stay before it even started and needed a trip to hospital. We wanted to mention this so that future guests can be made aware and, if possible, some additional slip protection could be considered for the stairs. Aside from this unfortunate incident, the property itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay

Positive: Location is Key point house by the beach, two level homes that has all the bells and whistles. Every room with a beautiful lay out ensuite, heated towel racks, and FLOOR WOW!. SPACIOUS Rooms, SPACIOUS Home. The lighting features through the lounge , office the fireplace stunning! The staircase edged with strip led lighting, laundry, spacious areas to relax, the scenery was beautiful, fruit trees for season apples, pears. The house even provided a small Bose SPEAKER that I am a great advocate for BRILLIANT CHOICE OF a speaker brand to use while cooking and laxing on the deck. If we had known we would have left our big speaker behind which we didn't use or need. The kitchens provided downstairs was a gem too. Negative: Because we had little children they slipped in the shower. They never slipped agaon because we layes the mat towels provied and anything towels on the floor inside the shower as there was no slip mat provided Note to self
