A beautiful home, with ever changing views of the estuary and Mountain. Loved the book direct discount and the helpful tips of Groundswell property management. We booked an extra night on Sunday so we didn’t have to rush back from our weekend away, highly recommend. We will be back!

Clean, open, beautiful and simple. Positive: We stayed as a group of friends. Perfect layout for groups. The bedrooms all with ensuits make it super comfortable. the views are beautiful. Cool downstairs area almost like second mini home. Would be great for any groups. Super clean and fresh. Negative: The only thing i can think of is that i thought and wished that the fire place was an actual fire place rather than a heater type thing that looks like a fire place.

Positive: Perfect location and accommodation for 4 couples travelling from Auckland and Tauranga.

Modern and beautifully presented property for a group Positive: Beautiful presentation and house could easily accommodate 4 couples. The 4 bathrooms was a real bonus. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Lovely view and a well-appointed property. Would thoroughly recommend. Negative: On arrival one of the men slipped on the wet slippery stairs which meant he ended his stay before it even started and needed a trip to hospital. We wanted to mention this so that future guests can be made aware and, if possible, some additional slip protection could be considered for the stairs. Aside from this unfortunate incident, the property itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay
